All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout.
Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.
Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Items purchased on sale cannot be Exchanged or Returned.
Items purchased on Occasion cannot be Exchanged or Returned.

You have 7 days after you receive an item to request an exchange.
Step 01: You can inform us through WhatsApp on 0770099003/0766292920.
Step 02: You have to send us the package through Registered Post or a Courier Service along with the following details.
Post it back to us within 2-3 working days. Please WhatsApp (0770099003/0766292920) us the Courier/ Postal receipt of your exchange package. Please note that you must bear the cost of the delivery charge. In the meantime, you can place your new order through our sales representatives.
Step 03: Once we have received the package, we will deliver your New Package so you can simply redeem the exchange product value from your new order.
Bring the product within 14 days from receiving it to the nearest Spring & Summer outlet along with the invoice you have received and the ordered item that you wish to exchange.
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, all product(s) can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at online@springandsummer.lk and we will arrange a pickup from the Shipping Address you provided at the time of placing your order. Please note that the product must be in unused condition with the price tag attached along with the purchase invoice.
Alternatively, you may visit one of our stores for facilitation and if the exchange product is available, our store staff will process the exchange for you on the spot
Complaints
If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will exchange the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or we have made an error in fulfilling your order. In such a situation, please contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defect at online@springandsummer.lk or by calling us at +94 114326580/ +94 766292920 within 14 days of delivery date and we will arrange a pickup from the Shipping Address you provided at the time of placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Services Team by calling us at +94 114326580/ +94 766292920. A customer service agent will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, Spring & Summer Clothing Company (Pvt) Ltd holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
