Co-Founder
Growing up in a rural town of Kaluthara District, Mrs. Shyamalie Wijegunawardena spent her childhood dreaming about stylish clothes with unique silhouettes and elegant designs. This was but a distant dream for the daughter of a humble school principal and a headmistress. Nevertheless, with true determination and hard work, Shyamalie Wijegunawardena created her legacy. She began her journey with one sewing machine gifted by her mother.
Mrs. Shyamalie Wijegunwardena has won the number one female entrepreneur in the large business category at the International Conference of Women Entrepreneurship (ICSE) in 2019 and also outstanding Woman Entrepreneur (Large) at the "Top 50 Professional & Career Women Awards" Tenth Edition Sri Lanka & Maldives 2020.
